Refund Policy

Please note that all products and treatments purchased are non-refundable. However, unopened and untampered products are eligible for a refund if returned within 14 days of purchase. After the 14-day period, no refunds will be given. Once a treatment has been rendered or a product has been opened or used, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.
 
Any treatments or treatment packages must be paid in full before the first treatment session. If you change your mind about a treatment or package, you must contact the clinic at least 72 hours before the first treatment. Any cancellation requests made after the 72-hour window will not be eligible for a refund. However, at the manager’s discretion, the payment may be applied towards other treatments.

If for any medical reason you are advised not to continue with your course of treatments, please obtain a medical report from your doctor, in this case If you have used any sessions then this will be deducted from your refund value as a pay as you go cost. 

Sky Clinic has 48 hours cancellation policy. For cancellations less than 48 hours charges may apply. We reserve right to take deposit or refuse further bookings for clients with no-show or multiple less then 48 hours cancellations.

Once treatment or procedure has commenced, the Client is obliged to still make the full payment if the client has decided they can not continue the procedure for any reason.

The best decision I have ever made is going to Jay, what Initially drew me to this place was the free consultation and from then I knew Jay was the right person to go to about my skin problems. I have been having microneedling done and have seen a DRAMATIC improvement in my scarring and rosacea, my skin has never looked better. He has been helpful throughout the entire process and answers any questions I may have even in between treatments.
